
2019 Term 1 Enrolment
We are excited for Term 1 2019! We are back bigger and stronger than ever with new Fun and Recreational Classes that we hope will suit everyone!

We also have some fantastic new adult gymnastics coaches on board who all have an educational background to help support our programs. We can’t wait to see the kids smiles with some familiar faces 🙂
With some awesome new Acro, Aerials and Tumbling Programs, extra Activebods classes and WAG and MAG programs with the flexibility we hope will suit everyone.
Our Under 5’s programs including Early Movers, Jungle Gym and Early Learners have continued to go from strength to strength and are back with class options that we hope will better accommodate your family.
We are continuing to run our Strength and Flexibility classes on Monday and Friday mornings which are open to Gymnasts, Dancers and others. The program derives from some of the worlds top physio’s and sports science recommendations.
Our WAG (Women’s) and MAG (Men’s) programs for our Level 1 and 2’s will take on some new names with the introduction of Beginners (New to Level 1), Foundations (Level 1’s to New Level 2’s) and Intermediate (Level 2’s to new level 3’s) classes.

We love our sport and what we love most is the teaching of safe technique in a safe environment. We have the equipment, resources and advanced training across a range of gymsports to ensure that skills are taught progressively in a safe way with a focus on technique and the appropriate physical preparation.
We are here for you and your family and are open to discuss your specific requirements. We can accommodate Accomplished Dancers, Crossfit, Kids, Adults and other sports in physical conditioning and skill acquisition. It is what we do!

Once enroled please make sure you secure your place by arranging your Annual Student Membership. All Participants in 2019 will require this to participate.

Our 2019 Classes commence from the following dates;
Tuesday the 29th January:
- Jungle Gym,
- Early Movers,
- Early Learners (Morning Classes),
- WAG (Level 3+) and MAG (Level 2+) Competitive programs,
- Strength, Flexibility and Injury Prevention,
No Classes running after 10:30am on the 2nd February as we’ll be running in house coach training.
4th February 2019:
- WAG and MAG Beginners, Foundations and Intermediate,
- Early Learners (Afternoon Classes),
- Activebods,
- Acro Foundations and Gym Skills,
- Intermediate Acro, Tumbling and Aerials,
- Aerials and Tumbling,
- Advanced Acro and Tumbling
- Adults Gymnastics
No Classes running after 10:30am on the 2nd February as we’ll be running in house coach training.
Class run through to Sunday the 7th April 2019.
2019 Highlights
- Our Under 5’s Programs including Early Movers, Jungle Gym and Early Learners are back.
- We have introduced an additional Activebods class now with Monday and Saturday options.
- We are excited to introduce two new fun and exciting classes;
- Aerials and Tumbling on Monday afternoon and Tuesday night for those kids wishing to develop their tumbling skills with a twist bringing our aerial silks into play 🙂
- Intermediate Acro, Tumbling and Aerials on a Tuesday afternoon which is similar to our Aerials and tumbling with the addition of partner acrobatics skills.
- Acro Foundations and Gym Skills is now available on both Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
- Our Advanced Acro and Tumbling continues on a Saturday afternoon commencing at 2:15pm for 1.5 hours.
- A number of our tumbling and acrobatics classes can be extended for our competitive WAG squad.
- Strength, Flexibility and Injury Prevention classes are running on Monday and Friday Mornings from 5:45am – 6:45am. Dance students and others welcome
- Our WAG and MAG introductory programs have been renamed to Beginners (New to Level 1), Foundations (Level 1 to new Level 2’s) and WAG Intermediate (Level 2 to new Level 3’s).
- WAG Squad Training is scheduled on Sunday.
- Adults Gymnastics is now running on both Monday and Tuesday Nights from 7:15pm – 8:30pm
