Casual Class Attendees are not required to complete this form however we always appreciate any feedback on our programs.
Please note that as per our Club Handbook, 2 weeks notice is required for cancellations along with a $20 administration fee.
Should you wish to waitlist for future classes you can add yourself to our Class Waitlist here and we’ll contact you regarding classes once our next term’s enrolments open.
