It has been an amazing Term with a Ninja Challenge

It has been an amazing Term with a Ninja Challenge Day, Girls Gymnastics Fun Comps, Great Western Games.

A huge thank you to all our gym families for your patience and understanding when we have had to cancel classes due to staff absences and illnesses.

Term 2 classes will finish on Sunday 26th June.

Term 3 classes will return on Monday 11th July. All class enrolments roll over to term 3

If you are leaving us this term. We are sorry to see you go and wish you all the best.

If you need to change days or your circumstances have changed make sure you jump on the parent portal to let us know. You can advise absences, request to drop enrolments, request class transfers. enrol in another class.

We are so thankful for the commitment and dedication of the amazing team of coaches. Miss Rachael, Miss Josie, Miss Jasmine, Miss Niah, Miss Maddie, Miss Jess, Miss Lisa, Miss Bindi, Miss Nette, Miss Joce, Miss Key, Miss Casey, and Coach Richard. Without them we wouldn't be able to help your children GROW.

There have been lots of questions about July Tuiti

There have been lots of questions about July Tuition this week.

Miss Kylie has delayed adding charges to accounts as she finalises class transfers and coaching staff availability and allocations for Term 3.

July Tuition will be added to family accounts by the 30th June allowing existing families to request any changes to enrolments including transfers, drops, day changes. Any changes are to be submitted via the parent portal by Sunday 26th June (Last day of classes for Term 2)

Please note that if there are any outstanding June tuition balances on family accounts, enrolments for Term 3 will be suspended until outstanding balances are paid in full.

It’s been an amazing week. 7 days ago we hit the comp floor in Townsville at the Great Western Games.

A huge thank you to Cava Hydraulics & Engineering for providing sponsorship to help these amazing kids mix with the best in the region.

Thank you Gymnastics Townsville for putting on an amazing weekend.

Pocket Rocket Mackenzie smashed out Level 1

The Pre-Level 3’s were beautiful to watch. Lots of Blue and Red ribbons, goals smashed and a special judges mention for Aurelia and her spectacular floor routine.

The Level 4’s surprised themselves. Their focus in training showed with both Livvy and Anya smashing personal goals and both receiving all round scores that qualify for State Championships.

The Level 6’s came off the comp floor all smiles because they ticked off many of their comp goals.

Medals and placings are won in training, competitions are where we go to pick them up

Everyone is now on the countdown to the next comp. Regional Championships at the start of August.

There are few changes to normal classes to allow the Ninja challenge to go ahead.

UNDER 5's RUNNING as per normal
8:00 - 8:30 mini movers walking - 2yrs groups
8:40 - 9:20 mini movers 2 - 3.5yrs groups

8:15 - 9:00 Early Learners 3-4yrs and 4-5yrs groups
8:15 - 9:00 Pre-Independent Early Learners
9:00 - 9:45 Early Learners 4-5yrs groups
10:00 - 10:45 Early Learners 3-4 and 4-5yrs groups

RECREATIONAL CLASSES NOT RUNNING
9:50 Girls Beginners
10:50 Girls Foundations
11:00 Ninja
12:30 Pre-Level 3 Girls
2:30 Flips n Tricks

Who doesn't love a show holiday? A day off work, a day off school.

Miss Kylie loves show holiday it always happens close to her birthday and its a day she can spend with her kids.

So just a reminder No classes on Friday 17th June.

Take the day to spend it with your kids. The coaching team will be taking the day to be with own kids and maybe take in some of the show.

Miss Kylie, Coach Richard and the harworking Level

Miss Kylie, Coach Richard and the harworking Level 6, Level 4 and Pre-Level 3's are heading over Townsville to compete in the Great Western Games.

So this means that some classes WILL NOT BE RUNNING running on Saturday 11th June.

9:50am Girls Beginners - Pre- Level 1 and Level 1

10:50am Girls Foundations - Pre-Level 2 and Level 2

12:30pm Girls Pre-Level 3

2:30pm Flips n Tricks

(Don't worry you haven't been charged, they weren't scheduled in the June class program)

All under 5's classes will be running with Miss Bindi, Miss Lisa, Miss Rachael and Miss Nette.

Ninja Makeup classes will be running at 11am - to make up for the recent (4th June) Ninja class cancellations

Ninja Kids are practicing the obstacle courses, working to improve their times and strength to show you just how much speed and strength they have.

We know that not all families can attend classes on a weekly basis.

Would you be interested in attending classes once a fortnight?

❓Are you working a 7/7 roster?

❓Do you have shared custody of children?

❓Are you based out of town, on a station and only come to Isa once a fortnight?

❓Do you just want a little bit more flexibility to attend all the awesome activities for little people in Isa?

❓Are you worried about the cost to attend weekly classes?

NWG are pleased to announce that we are now offering class attendance on an alternating week basis for Mini Movers and Early Learners on Tuesday and Friday Mornings.

Classes are set to resume after the Easter Long Weekend from the 19th April. Keep an eye out for our Welcome to Term 2 classes email we will be sending you all the important dates and info next week.

❓ Do I need to re-enrol for Term 2

No. All current students enrolled in Term 1 classes will maintain a place in classes as enrolment with NWG is ongoing until you request to drop.

❓ Not returning for Term 2 or just taking a break

Make sure you have requested to drop from classes via the parent portal as this allows our admin team to promptly process. (do not email, text or DM) 2 weeks notice is required to drop

❓ Do you need to change class days?

Class transfer requests can be submitted via the parent portal. Approval of transfers will be subject to class vacancies
