With the success of our Strength and Flexibility Classes we are excited to offer an additional class option on a Tuesday afternoon from 4:45pm to 5:45pm.
This is in addition to our Monday 5:45-6:45am and Friday 5:45-6:45am classes
This class can be taken on a term or casual basis.
Focussed on building the strength and flexibility required for the execution of core gymnastics and dance skills. Targeted work in posture, joint stability, core, upper and lower body strength.
