What an Amazing couple of days. To see our Superstars in Competition across all levels, both Girls and Boys.
Overall 30 North West Gymnastics Athletes competed.
For some of our Girls it was their first competition and these kids did sooo well. Amazing behaviour and Focus!!
Our massive group of Level 3’s made us proud. Some of these kids new to the level with only 5 weeks to prepare.
In Level 4 we saw some amazing performances with Niah smashing the Qualification Score for State Championships.
In Level 5 we had 2 new competitors Indy and Jas who delivered on the day. Some small hiccups on a wobbly beam but they soldiered on delivering their best across Bars, Floor and Vault. Mads took out 1st place for the Level 5 Open Competition.
In Level 6 Abi took 1st place with an ever improving floor routine.
On the Sunday our Boys tried their hand at new Levels.
In Level 2 with Darcy and Eli delivering some amazing work both achieving a place on the apparatus.
In Level 3 Jaxon pulled off some firsts on Bars and Personal Bests all around taking out 1st Place.
Our Ninja Foundations program is not only a great pathway into Gymnastics but also just a heap of fun. With 2 Class Options open to Boys and Girls from 4-6 years or 6-8 years.
We know the energy these kids need to burn off and what it can take to keep them engaged so we’ve packed our classes with loads of fun including:
- Precision Jumping,
- Obstacle Courses,
- Rock Climbing,
- Rope Swings and,
Not only will these kids get to experience Gymnastics including Rings, Pommel, Floor, Bars, Vault, Beam and Parallel Bars but they will get to do the activities they love in fun, safe and progressive learning environment.
Our gym is packed with features from an Olympic trampoline, to air floors, to Rock Climbing and everything in between. Why not check us out today.
Classes Run on a Term Basis, Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

Classes are approx. $18 per class on a Term basis.
Annual Student Membership of $70 applies.

We love our sport and the teaching of safe technique in a fun and safe environment. We have endless options, equipment and resources to ensure that skills are taught progressively in a safe way with a focus on technique and the appropriate physical preparation.

Our Term 3 Enrolments are now open via our Parent Portal.
Term 3 will see the reintroduction of our Under 5’s classes: Baby Gym, Mini Movers and Early Learners and will run from Saturday the 11th July to the 20th September. All Classes will be run on a Term basis in order to manage participant numbers and social distancing requirements.
Our Portal is a one stop shop for you to manage your students, enrolments, holiday classes, billing, invoices, absences, makeup classes and more!
Members who were with us in Term 1 or Term 2 2020 have had their accounts automatically created in the portal and have been sent an email from iclasspro.com with instructions on how to log in.
If you are joining us new or returning from a break, head on over to the Portal and create yourself an account.
If you have a Confirmed Term 2 Enrolment or have already submitted an expression of interest for Term 3 we will have rolled your enrolment over into the Parent Portal so jump in and check your classes. If you don’t know your password click “Forgot Password”.

Boys Foundations: For Boys from 4-12 years (2 separate class options) with Energy to Burn. Incorporates Trampoline, Ninja, Air Floor, Bars, Ring, and much much more!!
Activebods (Gym Fun): A Fun and entertaining recreational program which uses the whole gym and all equipment (Trampolines, Ropes, Bars, Floor, Beam, Air Floor, Rock Climbing and More) to develop fundamental skills, technique and fitness.
Acro Foundations and Gym Skills: Ideal for gymnasts or dance students to improve their floor manoeuvres and dance specific tumbling skills. Complimentary for levels gymnastics. Incorporates other Gymnastics Apparatus including Beam and Bars.
Intermediate Acro, Tumbling and Aerials: Ideal for gymnasts or dance students to improve their floor manoeuvres and dance specific tumbling skills. Complimentary for levels gymnastics.
Aerials and Tumbling: A tumbling class with a twist :). Incorporates a rotation between Aerial Silks, Trampoline and Tumbling Skills. We offer this on a casual basis.
Advanced Acro and Tumbling: A fun recreational class focussed on Tumbling including Salto’s, Flicks, Partner Acrobatics and more!! Perfect for Current and X Gymnasts!
Acro Flight for Dancers: A class designed specifically for senior dancers focussed on advancement of Acrobatic Flight Skills, Hand Support Skills, Leap and Turn Progressions.
Strength, Flexibility and Injury Prevention: Fundamental Core, Leg and Arm strengthening program coupled with injury prevention (prehab) exercises and flexibility. A huge boost to any Gymnastics or Dance Program.
Adults Gymnastics: All Welcome. A great opportunity to develop flexibility, build strength in a fun and relaxed environment. We can target programs to suit you ranging from conditioning through to advanced skills and aerial awareness.
We have a limited number of places in our Acro Foundations class on a Friday from 4:00-5:15pm.
Our Acro Foundations and Gym Skills class introduces acrobatic foundations, beginner tumbling and intermediate gym skills utilising all gym equipment to develop strength requirements (and for a bit of fun- beam, bars, floor and tramp, rings, parallel bars).
It targets the teaching of correct technique for acrobatic skills including Aerials, Walkovers, Cartwheels, Handsprings as well as partner and group balances and performance.
Our Coaches are accredited in both Acro Gymnastics and Acrobatic Arts programs as a compliment to our Advanced Women’s, Men’s and Tumbling Gymnastics accreditations.

We have a limited number of places remaining in our Super Popular Activebods class on Monday 4:30-5:30pm.
A fun, fast paced, recreational class for children (both Boys and Girls) aged 5-12yrs with a focus on developing basic gymnastics skills on all apparatus. The perfect class to begin gymnastics for older children with limited experience. It is also a great alternative or complimentary class for our competitive programs.
The class is structured such that the children learn basic skills, falling safely, rolling and landing correctly to prevent injury. All gymnastics apparatus is utilised in a circuit based class.
Classes also include these amazing activities:
- Aerial Silks
- Rope Swing
- Air / Tumble Track

Gymnastics teaches kids how to move with confidence and competence – better than any other sport! That’s why it’s not only a great sport on its own, it’s also the ideal springboard to all other sports – a fact that’s recognized by The International Olympic Committee.
Gymnastics teaches the fundamental movement and sports skills that are at the core of every other sport. Fundamental movement skills include skills like climbing, swinging, balancing and landing. It develops the ABCs of athleticism: agility, balance, coordination and speed. In fact, gymnastics is so good at developing these skills that Canadian Sport for Life recommends gymnastics programs as a way to help children learn these skills!

The form below allows you to pay your Students Annual Membership.
When you arrange membership with North West Gymnastics you become a registered member of Gymnastics Australia which brings with it a number of benefits including insurance. As an affiliated club we are required to ensure all members are registered with Gymnastics Australia.
Membership is non-refundable after commencing classes however is fully transferrable between all registered Gymnastics Clubs within Australia. Payment of this membership fee is required ahead of participating in Term Classes or following your first Trial Class or Casual Class attendance.
All participants or attendees in the gym require Membership including non-walkers in Jungle Gym.
- Children participating in Trial Classes or Casual Classes for their First Attendance are not required to pay Membership. It must however be arranged before any repeat visit.
- Parents or Guardians in our Parent Participation Classes (Jungle Gym and Early Movers) do not require Membership.

A fun and exciting new class focusing on performance tumbling, aerial silks and trampoline.
Work with our Advanced Tumbling coaches in a safe environment to learn and perfect gymnastics and dance floor skills including front and back handsprings, walkovers, front and side aerials, saltos and twisting. Our Aerial silks add a twist for those wishing to practice the art and build strength.
Tumbling development in the use of correct technique utilising a range of equipment including sprung floor, Air Floor, Tumble Track, Trampolines. Our Gym is flush with Safety Matting and resources to aid in the safe development of skills.
The intended Age Range is 11 years + however may vary depending on any prior experience.
