Home School Foundations

Home School Gymnastics Foundations is a co-ed gymnastics class for children that are home schooled in our local region aged 5-10yrs.

Kids have energy to burn and we can keep them engaged while learning fundamental movement skills, developing balance, coordination, spacial awareness and becoming strong, resilient individuals. The classes are packed with lots of fun including:

Ninja
Precision Jumping
Obstacle Courses
Rock Climbing
Trampoline
Aerial Silks
Rope swings!

Not only will these kids get to experience Gymnastics including Floor tumbling basics like handstands, cartwheels, rolls. They will also learn safe progressions and skill sequences on bars, beam, vault and trampoline. Let them learn to take risks in a fun and safe learning environment.

Our gym is packed with features from an Olympic trampoline, to air floors, rock climbing wall, aerial silks, a funky monkey bars Ninja rig and everything in between.

These classes can be a pathway into our other Gymnastics Programs including: Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Levels program, Flips n Tricks tumbling classes and Ninja Foundations.

Is your little superstar a future Olympian or do you just want them to become a strong and independent individual with well developed spatial and body awareness?

Classes Run: Tuesday 10:00-10:50am

If you also have younger children and don’t want them to feel left out check out our Mini Movers 2-3.5yrs and Early Learners 3-5yrs classes that also run on Tuesday mornings.

What to Wear and Bring

Gymnasts should wear comfortable, close fitting clothing during classes as listed below.

Girls: Any leotard, crop or singlet and sports shorts or tights.
Boys: T-Shirt (not loose fitting) and shorts or skins/bike pants.
For safety reasons students should not wear clothing with denim, hoods, buttons, zips or belts.
Rings, Anklets, Necklaces, Watches (or similar) or any loose jewellery are not permitted in class as these pose a hazard to the participants and equipment. (medical bracelets accepted)
Please bring a water bottle

Class Pricing

Classes cost $18.25 per class on an ongoing basis. Families can elect to withdraw from classes with 2 weeks notice.

Annual Student Membership of $70 applies which covers you for 12 months from the date you join.
